We want you to love every tee you add to your birding collection. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery at customer.service@quietflock.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

• Wrong size? We'll send you the right size free of charge, including shipping.
• Not happy with it? We'll refund the full price of the item to your original payment method.
• Wrong, damaged or misprinted item? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Every tee is printed to order, so there's no need to mail anything back: just keep it or pass it on to another bird lover. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
